Harry and his partner Stanley did a great job installing new electrical outlets and mounting my speakers to the wall. I am extremely happy with their work. They charged a fair price, showed up on time, and helped me understand everything they were doing. I plan on using their services again in a couple weeks when I buy new speakers, and I highly recommend that you use their services too!

I called yesterday and today they were at my home to install the Ring retrofit kit that a previous “installer” had totally screwed up. They also found a few other errors with my existing hardwired sensors that I have to bring up to the developer to fix. Fantastic service and awesome price/ value. Even though I didn’t end up needing their help because I fixed my own Ring, FL Smart Homes was so communicative and responsive. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the project, we would have to visit the home or business to understand the service you are requesting. We will walk the site with you and give you options on how we can do the installaiton. Before we leave we will have an estimate ready for you to view.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the service requested, we would schedule a meeting with the customer and peform a walk-thru. Once we understand the work requested, we will draw out any plans and send an estimate with the plans. Our goal is to be accurate with the estimate and final invoice price all the time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My self and all of my techs have been in the low voltage field for over 15 years.
