They did a great job installing Ethernet cables in three upstairs bedrooms in my home, and the entire process was professional and smooth from start to finish. I want to give special recognition to Carlos for providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and helpful over both the phone and email, and he made sure everything was handled properly. Had them install my Starlink (exterior of house), hardwired it (interior of house), and connect to my TP Link Router. They then load balanced Comcast with Starlink so my internet will never go down. Great experience!

While I watched the very friendly and nice technician work, I felt a little less of an idiot to not have been able to do what was needed with an older computer, because it was really complicated … but he checked every little thing, one at a time, then fixed them, then made sure I understood them enough to use them, and had me write them down correctly so it wouldn’t be forgotten… I am self employed and always have a huge amount to do - this was a life saver and I will be hiring the any time I have a problem I can’t fix! We provide FREE assessment! Call us today and we will be on site to analyze the specific request and give you an estimate for you to decide on your next move. We also provide Remote Assessments in order to give you pricing on the spot, this only applies in some occasions and after doing a proper video call.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial phase is to do a free assessment to understand the scope of the project. Once we take 15 minutes to analyze the job, we provide quote on the same day with details on how this project will be completed. After that, we perform the installation and we send updates regularly to client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
