While I watched the very friendly and nice technician work, I felt a little less of an idiot to not have been able to do what was needed with an older computer, because it was really complicated … but he checked every little thing, one at a time, then fixed them, then made sure I understood them enough to use them, and had me write them down correctly so it wouldn’t be forgotten… I am self employed and always have a huge amount to do - this was a life saver and I will be hiring the any time I have a problem I can’t fix!
