What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of window, I charge between $7.50 and $12.00 per window.
I prefer to look at the job and provide a free estimate when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates are free!
I prefer to take the extra time and go to your place and take a look at the work you want done, then give you the absolute best price.
If you live farther out, please take an accurate count of your windows. Let me know how many on each floor and what type of windows they are, especially if the have storm windows on the inside or outside of the main window frame. All this information will help me give you a more accurate price. I seldom change my price and I don't want to short myself. With me...you will always win!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take the opportunity to serve you very seriously. I have a Bachlor Degree in Business Management and I have been certified by the International Window Cleaning Assocition (IWCA) for High/Low Rise Window Cleaning.
