My wife and I found out about Vittorium design when we were invited to a friends house back in April. They renovated their kitchen which came out beautiful so we gave them a shot. We were pleased from beginning to end. My wife is extremely picky and is not the best with decisions. The designer (Liaelle) helped her with most her decisions and gave her the confidence she needed (weight off my shoulders) My wife and I were given updates daily about what was going on. We ran into issues when it came to the fridge enclosure. We spoke to the ladies in the office, they coordinated with the workers and Jose right away to make sure it was corrected. It took 1 week longer then the expected finish date. Only thing I would advise to others is it to be prepared for it to be longer than you expected. We were frustrated, but it is understandable unexpected things happen. The workers did a great job and they made sure we were happy with the results. Great recommendation!

Made an appointment and a no show. Saw a missed call about 5:30pm the same day and left no message. Text message to made appointment, could have let me know something the same way. The appointment was scheduled between 9-10:00 am.

An employees scratched my brand-new truck with their tile table and the owner refused to take responsibility unless I had photo or video proof although I saw him with my own eyes walking by my truck. Owner refuses to make good. Now the work they did is very good better than above average they left a lot of stuff and did not clean up very good but I would say overall their work was good but their finish was bad

Dear Customer: The tiles installation was excellent, the crews were respectful and clean on the Job... the questions that I leave to everyone is, why he didn't mention the incident at the moment it happened and waited 2 days after when time to pay came up... it is difficult to accept something without proof... Please don't try to damage a serious work that I have been developing in the county.
