With 9 years in business and a solo practice, you’ll always work directly with me in a calm, supportive environment. As a Reiki practitioner, I can gently incorporate energy work into your sessions when desired, creating a more holistic, grounding experience. I typically travel to my clients for added comfort and convenience. I also offer private group classes for special events. Each group session includes personalized modifications and hands-on adjustments, honoring the fact that every body has different strengths and needs.
