I reached out to several yoga instructors about setting up a private couples session at my home. Tamara responded quickly to all of my inquiries. My boyfriend had never done yoga before and I wanted him to feel comfortable. I told her what I was looking for in our session and she over delivered. I plan to continue to use Tamara for private and group sessions in the future and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a true knowledgeable professional that will listen to you and accommodate your request then Tamara is the way to go!!!!

We had a great experience at our event. Just a few people came to the session and they really seemed to get a lot out of the session. No one that attended had done yoga before and by the time we were done, they all said they would love to do it again!

Tamara came and did a group yoga lesson for our bachelorette party. We did the class around the pool at our rental home and it went great! She was incredibly professional and super fast with communication. Because we were all from out of town she also brought yoga mats for all of us to use at no additional cost, which was a lifesaver! The class was well run and a great work out. We would definitely use Tamara again!!

Our pricing is based on bachelorette and one-time private group pricing. Ongoing corporate or hotel classes come at a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss our clients wants and needs and create a customized class for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All SFL Yoga & Wellness instructors are certified through the yoga alliance.

Owner and Lead Teacher Tamara Fayad is a Yoga Alliance certified Experienced Yoga Teacher. (E-RYT200). She completed her initial training in March 2014 in Coral Springs, FL. Tamara is also certified in prenatal yoga, mat pilates, and is a sound practitioner.
Tamara's training taught her how to teach through intuition and exposed her to many different styles of yoga. Tamara's teaching style is vary adaptable and she is very comfortable teaching all styles and all levels of the practice.
