Did a great job gave me a price he ran into an issue had to go back twice for the correct valve to the shop. I paid the price we agreed on even though he ran into unforeseen problem with the part needed for Bidea.

Had a clogged drain and toilet was leaking from the base. Brandon came out that day and resolved the issue with Hydro jet drain cleaning with a 1 year warranty on the service.

I needed to get three bids for sewer relining at the 55 and over Park. Im part of . Zoom Drain was fast to reply to me fast to have somebody on site to give an estimate and the estimate was received in a relatively short time. I will certainly consider them if theres any more for projects in the park.

I had a back flow from a main drain and called Zoom. Brandon Thomas called me back immediately and came out to inspect the issue. He used advanced camera imaging and inspected the drain. It turned out that the drain had flushed out and water was flowing fine. There was no charge. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend Zoom.

When i tell you they came out not only found the problem but treated us like family… their work and conduct is enough to explain itself definitely sticking with this company cause they didnt treat me like a dollar they treated me like a human being who had a need and they went above and beyond! Customer service like this here in FL is hard to find but i found zoom drain!
