Very impressed with Zoom Drain as a company. From the time I did a quick google search, calling for an appointment to get an estimate, to the technician (Jonah) arriving, it was done in under two hours. Jonah was friendly and personable. He listened to what I had in mind and was able to give me quote within a few minutes. Very rare for companies now days to answer the phone let alone same day come out to you.

I dont often write reviews, however, in this instance I feel compelled to given the terrific experience. Brandon was excellent. He called ahead and let us know when he would arrive. He was on time and very professional. He examined our situation and explained our options and gave us what I feel was an honest opinion. At no point did he try and sell me something that we did not need. He went above and beyond and I wouldnt hesitate to call Zoom Drain again
