Spot treatments (when needed) and deodorizing included at no additional charge.

I e mailed Anna to schedule a date for carpet cleaning right away.. She e mailed me back vey quickly and we got a date set up.. They called me before they got there with plenty of time . The carpets were heavily soiled so I was nervous about how clean they would be.. I was amazed at how they looked when they were finished.. I called my husband to come and see.. They are fast , efficient, polite, .
I asked for cards to hand out ..and the price was the best price I got quoted..

The Golden Touch folks were very kind and accommodating, and left the carpets in my rental property looking pretty darn good for having 3 pets. I will definitely hire them again, and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a good cleaning at a very reasonable price. Great job, Golden Touch... Keep up the good work!

The father son team arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We were surprised what difference this made we will definetely use them again next year and have our tiles cleaned as well!
