Arrived right on time. Was very professional and listened to our needs and requests. His customer service is one that is rarely seen anymore. Environmental friendly products were used and I couldn't believe how all the tough stains came out. All the carpets not only looked clean, they looked brand new! I do not impress easily and have tried many rug cleaners over the years in different parts of the country and the company truly ranks at the top percentage.
