It is not complicated at all, I meet with my client, they tell me what they want, I calculate my expenses and my profit and at the following day I bring the proposal. It is very easy and simple.

It was a family affair, a birthday, 20 people, Cubans and American people. The menu was, chicken and yellow rice, sweet plantains cooked with red wine honey, butter and cinnamon, garlic rolls and for desert, "tres leches" a delicious way to end up a wonderful diner.
