Wilfredo was responsive and quick three stars for that. We do feel we were overcharged for the work done as most other companies had quoted $300 but he charged us $500. He also promised that along with AC he will have the refrigerator ice dispensing machine checked. Then later on he sent another quote for The ice machine for another 400 on top of the $500. We felt his billing was excessive and we were being taken advantageof. He’s polite and quick to respond to and did get the work done. However, the money he charged us left us dissatisfied. I will not be using him again.

Hello, I am sorry that you are not satisfied, yet I consider that the charge was fair since I made a leak repair, complete maintenance, capacitor replacement and freon recharge to your AC, and for the freezer I needed replacement parts, I am also at your service if you need help.
