They were punctual in getting the project scheduled and started but I did not like the quality of work. The technician didn’t have the required locks and was only able to do one lock which ended up being replaced by me anyway. The lock put in jammed and didn’t work well with the opposing sliding door. I replaced both locks myself. Personally I also would’ve cleaned the rails. That wasn’t done by the tech and I just felt the job was rushed.
