Great communicator, high comprehension of job to be done, and good work quality. Two home depot trips to help pick out the right items and great communication to make sure he brought back the right stuff.
Had him for a full day and he did a bunch of random things around the house. Assembled a gym bench, caulking, replaced a shower head, repaired some fraying deck boards, fixed a ceiling light that popped out, and many other small things. Bright and congenial guy.
