Jon Z. says, "I don't always do a big birthday celebration, but when I was turning 35 last year I decided we should pull out all the stops. So we threw a cocktail party in my neighbor's backyard (in Highland Park) and we hired Jeremy Russell to sing Frank Sinatra hits and other classics. People really loved it. First, Jeremy looks the part: he has the face, the hair, the chin, the clothes, etc. Second, his voice is spot on. Throughout the night we were dancing and talking and enjoying ourselves---and often we would look up expecting to find we were listening to recorded music. But no. It was just Jeremy Russell, sounding so good you would have thought it was a 1954 recording of some guy in the rat pack. If you are looking for someone to sing crooner/jazzy/big band style music, I would highly recommend going with Jeremy Russell."See more
