I got started in 1989 when I started a commercial landscape maintenance business. I sub-contracted our pest control out for lawn & ornamental for a few years, when I realized they did not match the quality of work that my landscape maintenance crew achieved. So obviously I had a need to bring a higher quality product to my customers. That is when I made the decision to learn about pest control. While I was running my own business, I took a part time job with a very good friend of mine that owned a pest control business. He was a quality operator and cared about the business and his clients. I leaned so much working for him for over 5 years that I eventually took my exams for the state and passed with over 96% on all my different classifications of licensing. After I received my licenses, we started doing our own pest control for the commercial landscape maintenance company. At some point I realized that I wanted to expand into the residential market and started American Allegiance Pest Control.
What keeps me motivated
My motivation comes from my Mom and Grandfather who both taught me that hard work and quality work will pay off if you keep with it. I thoroughly enjoy doing pest control as it allows me to meet many people that have problems with insects that I can solve for them.
What I am most looking forward to.
I am most looking for my business to keep growing and to continue helping people stay bug free. I love passing my knowledge down to my technicians and to help them grow and become the best they can possibly be and instilling upon them that giving the highest quality work for a fair price is always the best approach. Maybe one day they will want to start out on their own and knowing I was part of educating them bring me happiness. Customers should know that when they hire us, they will receive the best possible service their money can pay for. We will go the extra mile to ensure their happiness with each job. If they sign up for our every other month servicing program and they have any issues between their service dates, we will come back out to address them free of charge. We will service your home or business as we would our own.

They were great. They showed up when they said they were going to and sprayed my entire lawn for a relatively reasonable price. They then informed me that because there were a lot of chiggers in my brand new lawn, they would come back and do a second treatment for free. That was totally unexpected and very welcome.

Please call for your free estimate as most services are priced according to each job's specifics. For your General Household Pest Control or Lawn Pest Control, we price according to the size of your home, yard (with or without fertilizer), and location. We offer a variety of services you can choose to add on for a discounted price. We offer a special discount for Veterans - %15, (We thank you for your service!!). 1st Responders - %10, Senior Citizens - %5, paying the year up front - %5.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to 1st hear what the customers needs and wants are, then go over all of the services we offer, what's entailed as well as pricing. Get them on the schedule for servicing, and maintain their happiness with our work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After learning under a Florida licensed pest control operator for 5 years, I studied and took the Florida state exams passing with a score of 96% in all three categories. Continued education classes every year to keep up and renew all of my licenses. We are constantly training our technicians on new products and services to keep them up to date as all things change with time. We strive to bring new and advanced treatments that are specific to the pest we treat.
