I had a great experience with Doorswizard Garage Doors and would absolutely recommend them.

My garage door stopped working after I tried installing a new wall controller myself. After doing some basic troubleshooting, I realized it was time to call a professional. Doorswizard called me back almost immediately and, incredibly, was at my door within about 15 minutes.

They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the wall controller with one that worked properly, and reprogrammed the system. But what really impressed me was that they didn't just fix the problem I called them about and leave.

They immediately noticed that my garage door wasn't operating the way it should. Another company had previously replaced the springs, but unfortunately they had installed springs that weren't properly rated for the weight of my impact garage door. I had noticed the door getting slower and slower over time but had no idea why. They explained exactly what was happening and why.

They gave me a quote, replaced the springs with the correct ones, and thoroughly tested everything to make sure the entire system was operating properly. They even took the extra time to help me reprogram the garage door links in my cars so everything worked again.

The entire experience was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, incredibly responsive, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I learned a ton in the process, which I really appreciated.

Doorswizard Garage Doors will absolutely be my first call for any future garage door work.

Called for help to fix garage door that was not opening properly. Davir came out and said he could fix. He was able to, and when it still didn't open, he came out again to check and correct the problem. He assured me that if it happens again he would come out. Elderly woman lives there so she needs to get in and out. So it was appreciated he came back out to assist. Thank you for being able to assist.
