Lightning Fast Garage Door Repair, came out within a day and corrected a horrible job from another local overhead door repair job. The last guys, overcharged by 2X to replace springs. Lightning Fast Garage Door Repair showed the damage the other guys created by using new springs that were not capable of balancing the weight of my hurricane spec garage door (This door is heavy). Anyway, he came out, installed much beefier springs at literally 1/2 the price of the other company and finally my door moves up and down without the fear of chaos breaking out....like the other guys installed. Unlike the bad guys, Lightning Fast Garage Door Repair is actually licensed and insured to do the work. They pointed out the previous installers were not. Lesson learned. Just start with the best and avoid a very costly mistake.

Called up for a tune up one of my doors had trouble staying up. Ken answered the phone right away and had an appointment within a day. Ken was on time professional and thorough . He immediately got to work and was finished in 30 minutes. He tightened up and lubricated the springs. Excellent service.

My choice to hire lightning to fix my broken garage door spring was definitely a good one. The price was very reasonable and the bill when the work was done was exactly what I was quoted. They gave me a time to visit that was convenient for me and they reached out before showing up to let me know when they would be arriving. Ken was courteous and friendly. I just used Lightning Fast Garage Door Repair to replace the springs on both of my garage doors. I am so very happy with the work Ken did. He went above and beyond to assist us with our project. Called him on Sunday to fix a broken spring, he would have come out the same day but we told him the next day would be fine and then he was able to come earlier than he scheduled us. Wow! What customer service, great work and so honest. The price he gave us was exactly what he quoted. So happy we found Ken and his company. Very courteous! I would recommend him to anyone that would ever need anything with their garage doors replaced or repaired.
