- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our estimates are free, and we never charge if you decide not to move forward. Seniors, veterans, and first responders receive special discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection, where we check the entire system, not just the reported issue. We explain everything in clear terms, offer pricing up front with no surprises, and if the customer approves, we can usually complete the work on the spot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained hands-on with experienced installers and also completed advanced courses in garage door systems, openers, and safety features. I’ve worked extensively with high-tension springs and continue to stay updated on the latest technologies and safety standards.
