We had a sudden issue where the garagedoor just wouldn’t close all the way and kept reversing. It was late in the afternoon and we were worried we’d have to wait until the next day, but Emmett came out the same day within the hour. He immediately figured out it was a sensor problem, explained everything with such clarity, and fixed it quickly. Emmett was respectful, honest, and very professional. He even stayed a few minutes after to make sure everything was working perfectly. We’re very thankful and would highly recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free on-site inspection, where we check the entire system, not just the reported issue. We explain everything in clear terms, offer pricing up front with no surprises, and if the customer approves, we can usually complete the work on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained hands-on with experienced installers and also completed advanced courses in garage door systems, openers, and safety features. I’ve worked extensively with high-tension springs and continue to stay updated on the latest technologies and safety standards.
