First time working with Mr. Gava and I have to say, as a decade long buyer/seller of homes, Gava was one of the hardest working, professional, detail oriented kitchen remodelers I’ve ever worked with. So much so, that I hired him to finish the rest of the house, from bathrooms to outdoor.. he did it all, at a fair price, but most importantly, he did it with top notch quality and attention to detail. He also completed the work when promised which rarely ever happens in this business. You can see his renovation work on the listing for the house on Zillow, 1304 Islamorada in Punta Gorda.. I can sleep well knowing that whoever buys the house, will be getting a top tier product. I highly recommend Gava and his company to anyone wanting kitchen, bath, floors and general work done ✅.

Oacyr did an amazing job remodeling our master bath. Whoever previous owner had build the bathroom made all walls and floor uneven. Although he had other projects who took his time to make everything perfectly even and to our satisfaction. I am so happy with the finished product. Would not hesitate to book him again!

Gava and his team really cared about my project and was conscious of costs, timescales, and my satisfaction of the work. For example I asked him to reinstall countertops and toilets that I salvaged after the storm which he did, but also repaired some chips and marks at the same time without even asking.
All in all I trusted Gava completely and he didn’t let me down.

The prices can have a huge variation, due to quality, supplier, colors, and many other requests for the customer. We don't charge for estimates but we do not provide estimates over the phone without measuring the job site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we receive the request for the estimate. We call back to the customer to know a little bit about the project, get the address so we can go to measure and adjust the desires or needs of customer. We deal about it them we start the project after sign an agreement and receive a down payment.
