- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a standard price for beginners and intermediate students-Advanced is based on the amount of work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use the First lesson as a fact finding opportunity to see where the student is at and what their personal goals are.Normally use a book to teach students to read music-and teach them a song during the first lesson. Sometimes retired students just want to be able to play songs with or for their friends-so I chart those songs out for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take guitar lessons everyday by watching Rock Stars on you tube. I also have over 20 Guitars and learn from each of them. I use DVD*S -at my level it*s perfect-but the instructors go too fast for beginner guitar players
