- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing begins with a selection of one of my three tiered package levels. From from there, you may customize your package with my add-on enhancements based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've discussed all your details and have agreed to your package, I will then prepare and send you a service agreement to sign and confirm your date. A $50 deposit is required at this time to hold your date. We will then schedule a trial (if needed) to plan your look for your special day! Final payment is due no later than three days before your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist, certified scalp specialist and hair extensions artist. I have a background in performing arts and theater as well as Barbizon-trained. I am also a stylist for New York and San Francisco Fashion Week.
