Bella Build renovations did a great job painting my interior of my new house. After I finally decided the colors I wanted they did a quality job. Everything looks beautiful. Just what I wanted!

BellaBuild (Esteban Diaz) has done two renovations for us. The first involved a substantial reworking of our former home’s interior that included removal of a load-baring wall, squaring off all interior door arches, construction of a new and very detailed ceiling, installing a new fireplace, repainting the entire interior including woodwork and cabinetry, and re-tiling bathrooms and kitchen backsplash. This was a BIG job, and Esteban and his subcontractors provided excellent value. He was exceptionally responsive and finished everything to our satisfaction. The second renovation was less substantial, but we were equally happy with the work completed. Esteban is easy to work with, stayed with projects to completion, and provided excellent value. We loved working with this company and with Esteban and his subs. We recommend him most highly.

This contractor is unlicensed & uninsured ! Do not hire! He had his workers try to install a vinyl gate and another section . They did not core drill to install posts, attached to my neighbors fence and use bolts not tap cons to attach to concrete wall.Cut all post so now post are no good ! Heavily stained my driveway that was just pressure washed! The whole install job is wrong & im out a lot of money! He tried to turn the tables and say it was my fault!! BEWARE SCAMMER!

My team and I followed standard installation procedures for vinyl fencing and used the correct hardware based on the existing conditions. After completion, I personally inspected the work and offered to make any necessary adjustments. However, some areas were handled and washed before the curing and setting time I had advised, which unfortunately affected the final finish and alignment. We always stand behind our work and communicate clearly with clients to ensure quality and safety. Bella Build Renovations is fully insured, and we continue to take pride in serving our community with professionalism and transparency.
