José responded to my request immediately. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with the dryer in my Airbnb. I basically left everything to him in Naples while I was in the Chicago area. He took care of the problem and alerted me of another small issue which he took care of right away for me.

Recommendations: Improve your quality of installation, hire qualified professionals, provide training to install lightning, fixtures and ceiling fans professionally. And Lastly, respond to customer complaints. I gave you the opportunity to fix this but no one followed up. Here’s a couple pics of some recent “Light fixture fallouts”. The two fans they installed on our Lanai were incorrectly installed, my father in-law took one down to inspect, it was wired incorrectly…None of my family has been hurt yet. Hire at your own risk.
