Hi ,I'm Daniel major from major handyman services.had to take some time off sick, father.I I've been in a home repair business for 23 years , with a family business .I'm a retired professional home remodeler . I do work in all surrounding areas Fort Myers , Cape Coral, Naples ,Lehigh , Bonito Springs, Port Charlotte .I do all phases of exterior and interior home remodeling. doors, gutters. painting , drywall repairs ,assemble furniture ,minor electrical, carpentry, demolition, add wall, demo walls ,. I carry full liability insurance and offer quality work at a fair reasonable price. I do fast efficient work, and I respect your property and you all in the process .. It will be my pleasure to do your home repair. My rate is $60hr .There are flat rates on minor home repairs. Dan did great work on my kitchen adding a soffit to my kitchen design and removing a kitchen closet. He also did work on my bathroom by removing a closet making the bathroom look larger. Dan was always on time and is a perfectionist. When you see him work you can see he loves his job. I will continue to use his services on future projects. Thank you Dan!

We had a leak in our roof which traveled into our dinette area, ruining the sheetrock and rotting out some of the supporting timber. Daniel replaced sheetrock and damaged wood. He also prepped the sheetrock for painting by adding a skim coat that matched the existing texture. He worked hard, taking only a few short breaks. The results were excellent. He also was willing to explain what he was doing.

Dan was very responsive, on time and kept the communication open. When he arrived on site he did a great job with the project of cutting down the doors even when the doors were not what was expected he worked through it, solved the problem and finished the project!
