- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer service representative will reach out to you ASAP, he/she will walk you through the process to first understand your specific needs. 1) Type of Cleaning you are looking for ? 2) Frequency of the service you will expect from us? 3) House Characteristics (No. of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and other areas you expect us to clean 4) When do you want your service scheduled 5) In case any extra services you would wish (Laundry, Refrigerator, Ranger/Oven, etc 6) If you may have any area that you want us to DO NOT touch 7) In case you may have someone Allergic to some products at home We will be sure we answer all your questions!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of all people have been in the Residential Cleaning and Hospitality Industry minimum of 7 years. And even though we supervise every job by video and in person sometimes when they may not be expecting the Supervisor. You will be notified if it is ok with you to send the Supervisor during your appointment but not them. In addition to that, we offer continue Best Practices training to keep everyone updated.
