In all my years of hiring house cleaners, NEVER have I had a company clean and care for my home the way the gleamteam does. But, what they do. They make everything so clean and bright. It just gleams, they’re true to their name, that’s for sure. I was very happy and relieved to FINALLY find a professional cleaning company that knows what they’re doing. They leave no stone unturned and have cleaned places in my home that no one has ever even thought of. They even cleaned and conditioned my leather sofas and deep cleaned my tile and grout better than the popular chains out there that cost 3-4 figures. I think my favorite part is when I use my garbage disposal, I get a big whiff of delicious fresh lemons 🍋 I look forward to every service.

They left my house spotless they cleaned in areas I never thought would get dirty or even be dirty.. My last cleaning people who I had to let go of 3yrs of them cleaning didn't get in the areas that pristine cleaners did I was amazed when they was finished...

Awful and not professional at all. These ladies don’t know how to clean and they rip you off at the end with charges that are on heard of! The cleaning ladies are constantly on their phones and don’t know how to properly clean a house. So much dust because they don’t know how to use a mop! Alicia Cannot be trusted on verbal agreement - have a contract signed before you have them clean anything! Not to be trusted. Beware! FILING TO THE COSTUMER AFFAIRS!

We apologize for your inconvenience, however, we have continuously tried to reach out to you to schedule a time for us to return and re-clean your home (that’s been sitting vacant for weeks, and collecting dust from recent renovations), and warranty our work, yet you refuse to grant us access in order to do so. The home was immaculate after we finished, (pictures provided), but was then allowed to sit for weeks following major renovations. Dust is normal and common, and can be remedied easily, yet you refuse. The offer is still available and we can clean the dust for you. Just reach out and schedule a good day. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning is extremely labor intensive, and requires a level of stamina that is indescribable. We charge $50/man hour for our cleaning services and offer set pricing for our recurring cleaning service packages. PCS’s prices reflect ours (and our clients) standards of clean, which is why we warranty our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a time where I can come by for a free estimate, yet also like to make sure we have enough time, following the estimate, to provide cleaning services for the client, if needed. I like to sit down with them and create an individual HomeCare Plan so that the home is serviced properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years of experience. Trained by the US Army. Passed each government inspection.
