Renata’s cleaning service is the BEST! I’ve had several house cleaners throughout the years, and she is by far the most thorough cleaner I’ve ever experienced. She is prompt, courteous, and professional. My house has never looked so good. She is GREAT!

Very Unprofessional. First, they did not call before they showed up like they said they would and didn't give me a specific time they planned to come. Then, they stayed ALL DAY LONG. 10 hours to clean a 2 bed/2bath apartment! Lots of standing around and chatting instead of cleaning and i had the feeling they were judging or talking about me in Spanish. And they even used my bathroom with the door wide open so they could talk to each other while peeing WHILE MY TEENAGE SON was home! There were also a few of my gummies that were missing after they finally left. I also feel that I was overcharged after seeing other company's quotes. Will not use again.

Hello, I’m sorry, I didn’t understand your review. Your house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. What you didn’t mention in the review was that your house hadn’t been cleaned for over 2 years. And that the dirt was so bad that it took us 8 hours to clean it. Again, I repeat that you didn’t hire a normal cleaning service. You hired a deep cleaning service. These cleaning services usually last up to 12 hours. We charged you much less than any other company would charge. We delivered an impeccable service because no other company would agree to do it. In the situation you were in, I have photos of your house that prove how dirty it was. As for the bathroom, our employee was forced to leave to use the bathroom outside because it was in no condition to be used. No one was judging you or talking about you. They were just talking like normal people working. Now, I don’t know what your goal is in 3 months after cleaning your house, and you have this fake review.
