Hypnotherapy works fast and its so simple and easy to do. It's similar to guided meditation in a way, I guide you in the Hypnotic state to change unwanted behaviors, thoughts and patterns you've been unable to change on your own or through other methods. The subconscious mind is what I call our Autopilot, once it learns to do "something" whether its good, bad or indifferent, it becomes automatic and is usually very hard to change on your own. Imagine or try changing the way or order you wash your body, brush your teeth or put your clothes on, when you go to try and change the order of how you currently do it, it feels wrong and not right and something so simple becomes uncomfortable to do a different way. With hypnosis these changes become less uncomfortable and easier to transition to new ways of being , thinking, behaving and more.
