- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to each project based on scope, size, and level of service. We offer flat-rate design fees for most projects, with transparent proposals and no hidden costs. We also provide access to trade pricing on furnishings, which can offer added value for our clients. A 50% deposit is required to begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a Design Project Inquiry Form to ensure we're a good fit. If aligned, we’ll schedule a consultation to learn more about your space, style, and goals. From there, we create a customized design proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we handle everything from sourcing to installation—keeping you informed every step of the way. Our goal is to make the process seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to your unique lifestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team combines real-world experience with a strong background in design and project management. Chelsea, our lead designer, has a natural eye for design and years of hands-on experience creating elevated, livable spaces for clients throughout Southwest Florida. Tony brings 11 years of project management and operations expertise from the U.S. Navy, ensuring every detail runs smoothly from concept to completion. Together, we offer both creative vision and practical execution for every project.
