Introduction: I managed a positive classroom environment that is conducive to learning in which the implementation of classroom strategies, instructional methods and materials that were developmentally appropriate were applied. Cooperatively, maintained integrity and mutual respect with students, parents, peers and administration will be observed. I have implemented an organized, positive, and structured environment which promoted student responsibility, problem solving skills, and student accountability. I have prepared lessons to allow students to achieve learning successes and help reduce frustration and anxiety that could be affiliated with subject matter. Subjects taught were integrated science, language arts, and Spanish.
