It starts with an interview about YOU. I listen and ask in depth questioning to get to the source of where we need to start. The session isn't over until a solution is agreed upon and a practical action plan with the outcome is in place.
I love asking questions that enlighten the client! Sometimes it's completely NOT in flow with the conversation but leads to something that has been forgotten or possibly brings on a whole new idea that could have never been thought of without a intense Q&A session.

Janet is such a wonderful human being in addition to being an amazing career coach. I connected with Janet at a time in my life where there was a lot of uncertainty and anxiety about the direction I was headed, both personally and career wise. She brings such positive energy to her work that makes you feel like you can really accomplish anything. In our work, she was instrumental in helping me overcome fears and preconceived ideas I had about not being able to accomplish x, y, or z.
