- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide discounted bundle pricing when you book more than one service (Ex: Hair and Makeup and/or for booking 2+) If your wondering where I live.. I reside primarily in Miami, Fl (33184) and my significant other lives in Ft Myers (33905). South Fl clients travel fee will be estimated based from Miami and South West clients travel fee is "Discounted" estimated based on Ft Myers location. *Budgeting* If you are working with a budget. I get it! Trust me. Let me know what it is, and I will do my best to accommodate! Not to mention bridal parties of 2+ are automatically provided a discounted rate for Glam. This way your ladies can also Glo on your special day! Without breaking the bank ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off if you would like to talk to me personally, ask me to schedule a quick consultation call with you. I typically ask for you to describe to me what hairstyle and/or makeup look you have in mind. Inspiration photos are encouraged, or we can personalize a look that is "Just for you!" Additional details like hair length, or request for extensions can also help me provide an more accurate estimate for you. After understanding the look you have in mind I will provide an estimate and as I mention in the previous FAQ please communicate If your working with a tight budget so I can do my best to accommodate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get the privilege of using my skills from my experience in the beauty industry to making sure you look beautiful and feel confident for your most important and special occasions! Alongside a team who has the same Glo mentality as I do. I have over 6 years experience doing hair and makeup in the Model/Fashion industry in South Fl, Leading me into on set production hair and makeup for not only woman but men as well. With my passion for business and customer service I also work with local entrepreneurs and business for head shots and/or marketing content. Primarily now doing weddings, elopements, photo shoots and other special occasions.
