- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices fluctuate depending on job and supplies needed. There are never any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will have an initial phone call to review job details etc, on move day, customers get a notification of when crew is en route and ETA. Communication is what we're known for. When crew arrives there will be a quick tour on what the job is, so job is done efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience in this field. All crew members are fully vetted and experienced to do all aspects of moving furniture.
