Weve moved many times in our life and our last recent move hiring A Smooth Move was by far the worst. It was a nightmare. One of the Jamaican workers complained the whole time about his company. They spoke to each other the entire time and were unbelievably negative about everything. When my husband asked them to do anything like putting boxes in certain rooms they ignored him and left boxes meant for various rooms in the garage. They did not care at all about our expensive furniture. Our Henredon bed has a big chip in it on the footboard, the side table has three handles broken off, a $1,000 mirror had the ornate top broken off with lost pieces so it couldnt be fixed, other high end items were scratched and chipped. Our washer now makes a loud clanking noise when running. Its been so upsetting to keep discovering the many pieces of our beautiful furniture they chipped, cracked or broke. Although it may cost more, do yourself a favor and hire a professional moving company.

Guys did a good job for me. Office gave me an hourly quote but the estimate that was provided over the phone was accurate. I have moved many times and know the ins and outs. This company is one that I would use again.
