- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I personally prefer a flat rate it's more fair to the workers who are looking and wishing for a tip, an to the customer who's probably trying save, but if hourly were preferred we would go another route and we will count the minutes..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the customer maybe new but the job is always the same so we approach it like so and treat every customer that we work for with courtesy kindness and a fair pricing...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
multiple professional companies I've worked with over the years, that had giving me a lot of different tips and pointers on professionalism and punctuality.
