Introduction: I am a notary public, certified signing agent, do E-signings, paralegal and legal secretary. I do loan closings (refinances, loan modifications, real estate purchases of property closings, reverse mortgages, and/or home equity loans) for title companies all over the country.
The service entails going to your clients' home, office, realtor or bank. I also offer a service for attorneys when their client cannot get to their office. I will go to their location, and have documents signed, take new background case information, pictures and legal documents that needs to be notarized. I also offer a legal secretary service for attorneys to type any and all legal documents.
