From handling any work you need done, hiring the best companies at a low cost, best workers and providing you with an honest answer to every question you may have. My job is to tell you - what you what can or cannot be done . This type of work takes x amount of time in completing . I will provide you with a step by step on what each contractor is doing and when. But most importantly, I can either assist the General contractor with the preparation for any permit needed for the construction or renovation of a project or help you as a home owner to pull it . I will do everything needed it,but not before explaining each step of the process. I will also explain what the city or county expects of each permit. I will handle inspections, and submissions for general contractors and inspections, calls and communications with the city or county for the homeowner.
