My rate is $75 per session for ONLINE TRAINING, which includes a detailed nutrition plan, personalized workouts, and daily/weekly check-ins to ensure you're maximizing your goals. This program will span month to month.
Packages:
1 session per week: $300 per month
2 sessions per week: $600 per month
3 sessions per week: $1000 per month
Each workout session will be performed virtually via Zoom, lasting 45-60 minutes. During our sessions, we will emphasize how to use proper form for each exercise, as well as of the dynamics needed to perform an effective workout. Your progress will be tracked daily via QuickCoach and will include body measurements, meals, and workouts.
This program is for those who are fully committed to striving for a healthy lifestyle. COMMITMENT and ACCOUNTABILITY are the most important guiding factors in my program. A detailed nutritional plan will be provided and will be tracked via MyFitnessPal. We will have daily/weekly check-ins via phone call to monitor progress. Adjustments to the regiment will be made as needed.
