Ken did a business headshot in my home. He was there 2.5 hours. He took over 100 pictures and then we went through them and picked out the best. When we were done he created 2 different files of TIFF and JPEG, burned them to disc and gave me the completed photos before he left the house. He was very nice and professional. I love my photos.
