- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If my pricing seems high its only because I most likely have done a project similar and know my level of work and amount of time it takes will seem cheap when project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business management degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Multiple pressure washing academy classes and testing has really made a difference in my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Noticed the high demand and took a leap of faith. My family is my everything so I work hard to make sure my quality of work reflects my success.
