I hired John from Phantoms Pressure Cleaning & Painting to clean gutters on a house we own. He was friendly and quoted me a fair price. He did a fantastic job on a difficult situation. Those gutters were packed full and now they look like new. See the before and after pictures below. Highly recommend!

Phantom Pressure Cleaning came through and performed an excellent job. The pressure washing project comprised the roof, driveway, walkway, rear patio, and exterior walls. I wanted the job immaculately done for a real estate photo shoot. My next-door neighbor was impressed and hired him after mine was done. I highly recommend Phantom Pressure Cleaning.

I can’t say enough good things about Phantoms Pressure Washing. John takes great pride on his work….a true perfectionist! He was extremely communicative and was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He cleaned and power washed my gutters and they look brand new. When he was done with the cleaning process, he rinsed off all of my landscaping to ensure there was no chemical residue left behind. I will definitely call him again when it’s time to clean my tile roof and driveway!
