- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep our pricing straight forward by only charging a marketing/leasing fee for tenant placement, monthly management fee, and one semi-annual evaluation fee (Complete report and writeup provided with pictures). Contact us directly for more information on how these fees are structured for your particular portfolio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process is seamless. We can sign an agreement, take photos, and post your listing all in the same day! Our software allows us to make this process as transparent and carefree for our new clients as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between our staff we all either have our real estate sales license or broker licenses and also run an apartment syndication firm on the investing side of the business.
