She has a perfect knowledge of the local area. She is very responsive to calls, emails and questions. She is easy to work with. We are so grateful for all of the hard work she has done to not only help us rent a house, but also to convince the landlord in only 2 days. She was always positive and always cheerful. We are very pleased with the way Carla Lord-Powalski handled our situation.
