- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing on most jobs will be flat rate, and will be very transparent. Hourly rates will only apply to labor intensive jobs, such as in-wall wiring. Any job that is completed to less than my client's level of satisfaction will be revisited either discounted or free of charge, depending on the nature of the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complimentary initial consultation, either by messaging, phone, or in-person, to determine the needs of the customer. Present options for the "best fit" solution that will meet the needs/wants in question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CCNA certification for Networking (2007) CompTIA certified for PC hardware knowledge (2007) 10 years of work-related experience with various retailers as a lead Repair Technician. (CompUSA; Best Buy; Staples; Office Depot) 12 years hands-on experience, with a lifetime of exposure and passion.
