What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My lessons are 1 hour 30 minutes long. I shall need roughly 15 minutes either side of this time to setup and put away the training area. So a total of 2 hours.
$50 is for one lesson. There are discounts for bulk buying of lessons in advance.
Cancelled classes cancelled within 48 hours of the upcoming lesson shall NOT be refunded!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a practicing Aikidoka since I was 11 years old. I have been teaching it since I was 18 years old. I am now reaching my mid forties.
