What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to your inquiry with what I believe I can do for you; the more information you give me upfront, the quicker we can get to realizing a solution. I want expectations set so they can be met and exceeded.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the videography industry for 8+yrs now. I have mastered Premiere Pro editing software and can utilize Final Cut Pro X and Davinci Resolve if need be. I have extensive knowledge and hands on experience with many of the mainstream camera systems and video codecs.
