Carlos and crew are fantastic. We needed 4 carpeted rooms of a ‘move in’ home cleaned and 3 of them stretched. Attention to detail was outstanding and I couldn’t believe how great everything looked. This is tough work and they worked hard. After, I asked Carlos what other services they provide - I will use him for those. I highly recommend Manpower Restoration.

Carlos is one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He was ever so punctual and if he had a problem with his schedule would always call with updated details of arrival. His work quality was exceptional and his ideas for updating the work I required were not only in good taste but in good budget. At the end of each work day he shared extensively with me even with photos at times what was accomplished and the plans for days ahead. I could have not been more pleased with the end results of the restoration of my basement. I would highly recommend Carlos for any restoration service!

After having several conversations with Carlos, and waiting to complete my insurance assessment, I booked Carlos for a day to begin water damage mitigation and plaster/paint work. I waited 90 minutes after his stated arrival time at home. When he did not show, I called and was told he was in the midst of a big job and was plagued by reduced manpower - 😩. So he did not intend to come or call. How's that for great customer service?
