I had a USB drive that went kaput, and Cesar tried hard to retrieve my data. It didn't work, but I kind of expected that, it was a pretty hopeless situation. He came directly to my office to pick it up, which was really convenient! I hope I won't have any more data recovery problems any time soon, but if I do I would call Cesar agian.
