- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New installs and removals are priced by the linear foot. Repairs are priced by the linear foot, or by hour depending on the size of the job
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers start out by receiving a free estimate, and on site pricing in most cases. Once a price is agreed upon, the customer signs the estimate, and provides a 50% deposit to secure an estimated start date.
