Chad did a phenomenal job at my 5 year new Florida vacation home. I was thrilled to see what a nice job he did when I got there. It is very hard to know who to trust when you are 1200 miles away.We had a slow leak that turned disastrous after years of not being able to determine the source of the leak. He not only took care of the source, but also replaced all of the sheetrock inside around the window that had turned to mush. Then rehung the blind.He was very thorough and reasonable. He fixed a problem with the front door, and some stress cracks we had noticed from settling. I am so relieved to have him as my maintenance man in my contacts.
